Rhodes Port

Rhodes Port is the island’s main harbor and is situated on the island’s northernmost edge, in the heart of Rhodes Town. It lies right next to the medieval Old Town, within walking distance from the majestic Palace of the Grand Master and a plethora of tourist facilities.

It is one of the biggest and busiest ports in the whole country and is connected to numerous other destinations, including Athens (Piraeus), Kos, Symi, Leros, Halki, Patmos, Nisyros, Lipsi and many more throughout the year. During the summer season, ferry crossings are more frequent, and further routes are available to other islands, as well as to the city of Marmaris in neighboring Turkey.

The ferry companies that operate these routes, using conventional or high-speed/catamaran vessels, are Blue Star, SAOS Ferries, Dodekanisos Seaways, and Sea Dreams.
