MORE ABOUT LIPSI GREECE

Lipsi Greece is a small island of the Dodecanese chain, sitting in the heart of the Aegean Sea.

Lipsi island has one main town, Lipsi Town, which is the center of the island’s activities. In Lipsi Town also lies the main port of the island, where ferries from Piraeus to Lipsi and from other islands of the Dodecanese arrive daily. In the main town, you’ll find the most Lipsi hotels, restaurants, shops and other amenities that will make your stay as comfortable as it can get. What’s more, there is a public bus departing from the main town that serves itineraries to Lipsi beaches. So Lipsi Town is, in many aspects, one of the best places to stay in Lipsi!

Close to Lipsi Town, you’ll find two of the most popular beaches of the island: Lientou and Kambos, where also many Lipsi accommodations are located. Lipsi beaches stand out for their crystal clear waters, peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking natural beauty. Most of them are unorganized, so they keep their unspoiled charm and laid-back atmosphere, rewarding the visitors with long relaxing days at the beach! For those who seek total isolation, Lipsi is full of charming secluded beaches, which can be reached either on foot or by bus from the town.

If you’re searching for a Greek island destination off the beaten tourist trail, Lipsi Greece might be the perfect one for you!
