1. Stroll around the picturesque Poros Town
The small town of Poros features an array of small alleyways, filled with history, that can be traversed on foot. The houses are mostly built with white limestone, and their roofs are made of red bricks. This unique architecture, paired with the blooming purple bougainvillea bushes, turns Poros into an image straight out of a postcard!
Once you are in the town you can see the imposing Clock Tower of the town built on one of its highest points. You can also visit the island pair’s Archaeological Museum, with exhibits dating back to the Mycenaean era, approximately 3,000 years ago! Lastly, you can go shopping in the town’s various gift shops and concept stores.
