First day: Kathisma, Egremni and Porto Katsiki
After a short morning walk in Lefkada Town, you head off to visit the most impressive beaches on the island, located on the western side. Start with Agios Ioannis, which is very close to Lefkada Town and constitutes a popular windsurfing spot. Pass from Agios Nikitas, a lovely picturesque village with many facilities.
Continue to Kathisma, a long and organized beach with a plethora of watersports. Go southern to Egremni, an impressive beach where you have to descend a small path to access it. Later on, go to Porto Katsiki, the most renowned beach on the island that lies at the end of the western coast. As it is the best and most famous beach in Lefkada be prepared to encounter crowds of visitors who want to enjoy the crystal water and admire the impressive landscape. Cafeterias and bars above Porto Katsiki offer great views.

Second day: Nidri and Meganisi
Day one as described above.
On the second day, take the road on the eastern side of the island and go to Nidri, one of the most tourist villages on the island with a lot of facilities. Some beautiful waterfalls are hidden in a heavenly setting around 3 km from Nidri. The place is great for a morning walk.
Later on, board a ferry from Nydri and go for a daily excursion to Meganisi, a lovely island with beautiful beaches in a 30-minute sailing distance from Nidri. Meganisi has a lot of greenery and lovely coves to enjoy some privacy. It is much quieter than Lefkada and preserves its traditional character even during the high season.

Third day: Sivota and Vassiliki
Day one and two as described above.
On the third day, visit the Castle of Agia Mavra close to Lefkada Town. There is a lighthouse close to the castle that offers unobstructed views to its guests, too. Then, head to the southern part of the island to see two beautiful villages - Sivota and Vassiliki.
Sivota is an enchanting village with many yachts in its marina. Taverns with fresh seafood and fish dot the waterfront. About 10 km west of Sivota lies Vassiliki, a well-known tourist resort with developed tourist infrastructure. The beach of Vassiliki is large and, on windy days, it constitutes the perfect place to practice windsurfing.
