There is no ferry to Lefkada from Athens or any other port in mainland Greece. The island is linked with the mainland by a narrow channel and a bridge, which means that it can be accessed by car or bus.
The two ports of Lefkada, Nidri and Vassiliki, only operate local ferry schedules to neighboring islands.
