While not particularly known for its vivid nightlife, Patmos still offers many choices for your entertainment. The island as a whole boasts a uniquely serene and laid-back atmosphere, providing the perfect conditions for a relaxing night out. A variety of restaurants, seaside cafes, and bars welcome travelers throughout the island, providing traditional dishes, refreshing drinks, and a charming ambiance.

The central nightlife scene in Patmos is concentrated in Skala, the main port of the island and the most popular spot among tourists. Along the port of Skala, there are lounge cafes with atmospheric music and a few bars that stay open till 2 or 3 am. Most are only open during the peak summer months and close as autumn comes around. There are also a handful of lounge bars in Chora, the capital of the island, and Kambos.
