General information

Argassi Zakynthos: Argassi village is a nice tourist resort located 5 km south east of Zakynthos Town, covered by the mountain of Skopos. This area is very popular among tourists and attracts many visitors every year. Due to its close proximity to the capital the village has experienced a large tourist development and the road passing through the village is boarded on both sides by a huge number of hotels, taverns, bars and touristy shops.

A sandy beach extending for 1 km can be found in Argassi. There visitors can try various water sports. Many beautiful churches are scattered around the area and in close distance you can visit the Aquaduct of Vryssakia.
