Syros Guitar Festival

The Hermoupolis Guitar Festival of Syros: The Hermoupolis Guitar Festival in Syros first started in 1994 and is usually celebrated in the beginning or middle of July every year. Drawing many talented artists and visitors who come to appreciate good music, the Hermoupolis Guitar Festival has seen some major artists performing. Introducing the audience to different aspects of guitar music, the festival promotes artists of all levels, both amateurs, and professionals.

This festival is organized by the Cultural Center of Hermoupolis and includes concerts by guitarists of all levels, master classes, junior classes, and competitions. Concerts are taking place in Miaouli square of Hermoupolis, Ano Syros village or Apollo Theatre.
