Eptalofos village, Arachova: Eptalofos is also known as Agoriani. It is spotted on an altitude of 850 up to 940 meters. Surrounded by plane trees, firs, chestnuts, walnut trees, and cherries, Eptalofos is a unique location with a majestic natural landscape. According to mythology, in this village the Fairies danced for God Apollo.

It is no wonder that Eptalofos has gained the reputation of the snow queen of Parnassus. The dense forests of this village become even more impressive in winter time, because of the intense snowfall. However, it is a place worth visiting in all seasons. In spring or summer time the birdsongs and babbling brooks will accompany you in various activities, like hiking, climbing or mountain biking. While strolling in the beautiful forests of Eptalofos, you may even see squirrels, wild boars, blackbirds, partridges, hawks or eagles.
