Rachoni village Thassos: Rachoni is situated 15 km south west of Limenas, the capital of Thassos. The village is known for its strong religious character displaying a number of monasteries and neoclassical mansions. In this beautiful mountainous village, you shall visit the 19th century church of the Assumption which lies on a magnificent site full of sycamores, on the edge of Rachoni.
