Piso Livadi Paros: The small fishing port of Piso Livadi is located a couple of km south of Marpissa and 17 km south-east of Parikia. Piso Livadi used to be a calm little village but it has been transformed and intensely developed in order to attract tourists.

This important holiday resort has many restaurants and cafes located on the waterfront and a few rentals; it is famous for its fine Greek cuisine. From this little port, daily trips for Naxos, Ios, Santorini and Amorgos are organized regularly.

South of Piso Livadi one can found many superb beaches as the Golden Beach, considered as one of the best spots in the Mediterranean for slalom windsurfing. The big religious festivity of this little resort is the celebration of the Ascension Day, during which many happenings are organized and sea food and wine are served to the participants.

How to get there

There are many different ways to get to Piso Livadi from any location on the island.
Airport to Piso Livadi: 20 km / 12.4 miles | Port to Piso Livadi: 17 km / 10.5 miles | Parikia to Piso Livadi: 17 km / 10.5 miles

Car rental: Τhere’s the option of renting a car in Paros with as little as 14 euros per day and pick it up directly from the airport, port or your hotel. Using a car rental allows visitors to discover Piso Livadi and many other places of interest in Paros at their own pace.

Public transfers: The central bus station of the island is located at the main port of Paros (Parikia). There are several buses from Parikia to Piso Livadi during the day. Consider that time schedules might change according to the season. Check the official timetables here.
From Paros airport to Piso Livadi: There’s a bus station outside the airport building. The buses that depart from there take visitors to the main bus station in Parikia village. From Parikia, visitors should take another bus to reach Piso Livadi.
From Paros port to Piso Livadi: The central bus station is located at the main port of Paros (Parikia). From there, visitors who have arrived by ferry to Paros should take a bus to reach Piso Livadi.
Tip: Since buses don’t always stop in every scheduled stop of their itinerary, our advice to visitors is to inform the driver about their final destination, so that he makes a stop there.
