There is no ferry to Skopelos from Athens. The ferry to Skopelos departs from Agios Konstantinos in Central Greece and takes 3 hours to arrive on the island. Another ferry to Skopelos departs from Volos in Thessaly and takes about 2 hours. Skopelos has two ports, the port at Glossa (Loutraki) and at the main town in Skopelos town. In summer, there are local ferries to Skopelos from Kymi port in Evia, Alonissos, and Skyros.

To go to Agios Konstantinos, you need to take the bus from Athens (Liossion Bus Station). There are buses almost every hour and the trip takes about 2 hours. From Liossion Bus Station, there are also buses to Volos and the trip takes about 5 hours.
In general, there are ferries to Skopelos from:
Agios Konstantinos, Alonissos island, Skiathos island, Volos, Kymi and Skyros island. Note that Skiathos has an international airport therefore, visitors can get to Skiathos by plane and then reach Skopelos by ferry.
