July 27th
On the 27th of July, the locals organize a feast to commemorate Agios Panteleimon. The celebration lasts for three days including food, wine, and local delicacies. It is the biggest festival in Tilos and it takes place at the Monastery of Agios Panteleimon, the patron saint of the island. It is attended by locals and visitors.
August 23rd
On the 23rd of August, there is a feast for the celebration of Panagia Kamariani which is held in a lovely chapel, at Megalo Chorio, the capital of Tilos.
