Theologos is a charming village located about 20 km south of Rhodes Town. Also known as Tholos, it is a modern tourist resort with 3,000 inhabitants, most of whom are engaged in tourism.

The pathways that pass through the center of the village lead to old buildings and traditional whitewashed houses. Accommodation options are plenty, with many hotels offering comfortable living conditions to guests. In addition, the village features an assortment of shops, traditional restaurants and bars as well as some supermarkets. The locals preserve an openhearted and friendly mood that matches their simple way of life.

The surrounding region is full of amazing sights, including the famous Monastery of Kalopetra and the Chapel of Agios Soulas which is built in a great environment. The picturesque Church of Agios Spyridon is a must-not-miss, with its stunning white exterior and lovely bell tower. The homonymous Theologos Beach offers many facilities and water sports for visitors and when the weather conditions are right it is also an ideal spot for windsurfing.
