Aristide is a gourmet restaurant located in the heart of Ermoupoli and is part of the Aristide hotel. The seating area can be found on a charming rooftop that provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding areas. It showcases a delightful traditional design with stone walls and plants scattered throughout.

The establishment specializes in seafood but also offers meat and some vegetarian options inspired by traditional recipes from Syros. It serves contemporary Cycladic cuisine from a short menu which, however, changes daily. Every dish is prepared with local organic ingredients, while since 2022, fruit and vegetables come directly from Aristides’ own garden.
