The menu features traditional sushi and sashimi prepared to the highest standards as well as exciting fusion dishes featuring local ingredients. The award-winning wine cellar provides an international selection from 350 wine bins and the mixologists in-house customize martinis and cocktails that will put you in a relaxed mood to appreciate the dishes to follow. The signature appetizer, Black Cod Yazu Miso melts in your mouth and leaves a delightful residual ocean taste while slices of sashimi garnished with caviar can put you in a mind to savor the ocean's gifts.
