Skiathos villages

The only village on the island is Skiathos Town, serving as its capital and main port. The other settlements are tourist resorts that get deserted between November and March.

As the center of activity, one will find anything there, including hotels, places to eat and drink, shops, and points of historical and cultural interest.
Also, boats and water taxis depart from its port and head to several beaches around the island.
