General information

The beach of Porto Roma, spotted on the west side of Vasilikos Village in Zakynthos, is a sand-and-pebble-filled seashore with mesmerizing, bright blue sparkling waters and some natural tree shading! It features a relatively shallow seabed with a sandy bottom, making it a top-tier choice for families with young children! In addition, this shore was named Roma as a tribute to the politician and nearby resident Alexandros Romas.

Porto Roma Beach is well-organized, boasting an abundance of sunbed pairs and sun umbrellas that you can use at a small cost! Furthermore, visitors will spot a couple of beach bar restaurants by the shore, offering refreshments, cold drinks, snacks, and fully-fledged meals!     Enjoy the silence
    Loved the fact that Porto Roma was not developed, even better it was very quiet, the idyllic place for some privacy. I saw a lot of families coming there, as the shallow waters are very safe for children. The beach is small and it is a tourist attraction but it never gets really crowded (at least before noon). The crystal water combined with the green landscape offer a feeling of refreshment.
