The small island of Mathraki is located only 4 n.m. from Cape Arillas, on the northern side of Corfu. A ferry to Mathraki departs from Corfu Town three times per week, while in summer there is a ferry to Mathraki from Agios Stefanos on the northern side of the island. The ferry to Mathraki arrives in Plakes, the main port of the island.
To travel to Mathraki by ferry, you will need a completed pre-boarding form (provided with your booking with Greeka Ferries) and a proof of vaccination (14 days must have passed from 2nd shot) or a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours or a negative self-test of less than 24 hours (available in pharmacies) or a proof of having recovered from Covid-19 (between 2-9 months ago). Travel time takes about 1 hour and 30 min from Corfu Town and 40 minutes from Agios Stefanos and Sidari. Apart from the normal ferries, you can also hire a private boat to get you there, because normal itineraries are not very frequent even in summer.
