Ikaria Nightlife

Nightlife in Ikaria is calm. There are traditional taverns all around the island, both along the beaches and in the mountainous villages. Agios Kyrikos, Armenistis, and Evdilos have most taverns and they usually stay till around midnight. There are also many cafeterias that turn into bars at night.

However, as Ikaria is an alternative place, it is very usual that beach parties are privately organized, with beach fires and cozy atmosphere. Many people go for free camping in Ikaria and get together for night parties. Some beach bars also stay till late, offering summer drinks and chilly music.
