Rhodes Ladiko beach

General information

Ladiko is a small beach located on a beautiful bay 2 km from Faliraki village. The word Ladiko translated in Greek is the container used for storing olive oil. The beach got its name because it used to be the hub for loading and unloading olive oil.

Ladiko Beach features a tiny picturesque cove that offers visitors some delightful moments under the warm sun. This cove usually presents a beautiful picture, with small boats sailing near the shore. Lush green vegetation surrounds the beach and creates a nice scenery. The seashore has fine clean sand, and some small rocks are scattered around. The rocky seabed and crystal-clear waters of the beach also make it a great choice for snorkeling.

There are many beach facilities, such as umbrellas and sunbeds, that visitors can choose to rent. Freshwater showers, a beach bar, and a traditional tavern serving authentic Greek dishes are also present in the area. It should be noted that the beach tends to get particularly crowded in the summer. Ladiko is accessible by car or on foot from the village of Faliraki, with a parking area available nearby.

Nice views but subbeds are expensive
This is a small beach with stunning view. However you pay a price for it. Two beds and umbrella cost 30 euro and it is very crowded.

There is a restaurant but there are not a lot of options to choose from. Snorkling was okay but not great.

For us we will not visit this beach again
