Syros Megali Agkali beach

Megali Agkali Beach (also known as Fanari Beach) in Syros is a wonderful shore on the neighboring islet of Didimi east of Ermoupoli! It features a sand-and-pebble coast paired with fascinating, turquoise-colored waters!
Furthermore, it is only approachable via boat, so make sure you are well-equipped to spend a few hours on the shores of Megali Agkali!
This isolated coast is a non-organized beach destination since it is an untouched seashore with no tourist infrastructure!

Looking behind the beach, visitors will spot the oldest and tallest lighthouse of modern Greece!
Also, it is important to be mindful not to step into any seagull eggs, given that the islet is commonly used by these birds as a nest and a safe spot!
