Syros Americanou beach

General information

Americanou Beach in northern Syros is one of the finest remote bays in the unspoiled part of the island! The shore is sandy throughout most of its length, though there are some rocky spots on the right side! Showcasing crystalline waters, Americanou has plenty of large beachside trees providing adequate shade for plenty of visitors!

This shore is non-organized since it has no on-the-beach facilities. Given its peaceful and quiet environment, it is an ideal option for those who seek serenity and a place to relax off the beaten track. To reach it, follow the lengthy trail starting from Kampos Village and passing right by the cave of Gria or rent a boat.
