Botrini's Santorini welcomed its first guests on May 1st, 2022 in a spectacular space that appertains to the luxurious Katikies Santorini. There, while sitting in one of the most privileged locations along the Caldera, guests can taste palatable dishes created by the multi-awarded chef Ettore Botrini.
One can choose between the a la carte or degustation (tasting) menu, both promising a total immersion in dense flavors. The a la carte menu consists of four courses - starter, first course, main course, and dessert. On the other hand, the degustation menu, which is called peripatos (the greek word for leisurely walking), includes several dishes of uniquely combined raw materials. A vegetarian degustation menu is also available upon request.
Master of Wine Yiannis Karakasis has curated the wine list, which features excellent Greek and international wine labels. Pairing the right wine with your dining selection guarantees the ultimate gastronomic experience.
The restaurant is open from 19.00 to 01.00 but takes its last orders at 22.30. A reservation is highly recommended, especially if you plan to visit Santorini during the high season.
