Faros Restaurant has always caught the eye of tourists because of its sheer location. The restaurant, known as the Faros Tavern was started in 1992 and it specializes in Mediterranean-Greek cuisine. One can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, the Cedar forest and the sunset while enjoying some traditional delicacies.

The interiors are classy and the atmosphere is very warm. Greek music playing in the background makes being there a very pleasant experience. The architecture inside looks very traditional and adds to the enjoyable ambiance. The food served here is made from fresh ingredients as the vegetables used are from their own gardens. The fish is also brought in daily and it is of very good quality.

The menu has a wide variety of items to choose from and it is reasonably priced. After a meal, one can indulge in a wide variety of home-made desserts as well. The crowd in the restaurant is a good blend of the in-house residents and day visitors. Another reason for this is also the in house bar, which offers a wide range of cocktails and other refreshing drinks in front of a beautiful pool.
