Donoussa Map

Donoussa is a tiny island that belongs to the Small Cyclades complex along with Iraklia, Schinoussa, and Koufonisia. It is found between Amorgos and Naxos and can be easily accessed from there. It is a unique destination for hikers with countless natural paths formed by the hill slopes and rocky features. Donoussa village, Kalotaritissa, and Mersini are the only settlements of the island, surrounded by crystal beaches and imposing cliffs. The island is blessed with many coves which are extremely isolated and peaceful.

Regardless of its small size, Donoussa has many paths which are worth exploring. During the summer, it is crowded but still ideal for those who like to be isolated. A trip to the surrounded islets for some diving adventures is a unique experience.
