Rethymno Town Beach: The endless beach at the town of Rethymno stretches for many kilometres. It is often crowded, due to its close proximity to the town, and fully-organised, with plenty of facilities including sunbeds, umbrellas and beach bars.

Weather flags are informing the swimmers about the safety of the beach, teh strong winds can be quite dangerous for the children. West of the town of Rethymno visitors will also find Episkopi, a well-organised sandy beach with clean waters.
