Hosted inside an impressive, modernly-designed building, Hellenic Cosmos showcases its legendary, well-renowned semi-sphere dome called Tholos! An exciting virtual reality theater, this dome is used to present otherworldly shows and screenings regarding topics and sights of ancient and present-day Greece while, at the same time, creating a direct link for interference between the presentation and the viewer! On top of that, guests will spot a plethora of conference rooms and spacious areas that host educational talks, live performances, art events, science projects, and exciting workshops throughout the calendar year!
Next to the main building of Hellenic Cosmos, the immense structure of THEATRON offers a perfect house for theatrical plays, movie screenings, and large-scale experiences! The cultural center of Hellenic Cosmos is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.
There are many ways to reach Hellenic Cosmos from any location in Athens.
Private transfers: We recommend using an online pre-booked transfer service, which provides transfer by taxi, minibus, or private VIP car and arranging a pickup directly from the port, airport, or your hotel. Car rental: There is the option of renting a car and picking it up directly from the airport, port, or your hotel. Using a rental car allows visitors to discover ABC and many other places of interest in Athens at their own pace.
