Established in 2022, Blue Oyster is an oyster bar whose owners wished to make this distinctive delicacy accessible to the general public. Its name was inspired by the club from the movie Police Academy, and its music cannot be defined, as guests will have the chance to listen to any and every genre.

It is easily distinguishable before even entering it by its large blue door. The seating area is separated between two floors, and its bar is used as a window to showcase what types of seafood are available every day. On the ground floor, guests will notice a maximalist style with blue and white strokes, tiles with patterns influenced by the German Renaissance and glass elements. On the first floor, all the walls are painted by hand and are inspired by sailor tattoos.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of seafood dishes, specializing in oysters. The chef has built a menu mixing the Mediterranean with Japanese cuisine, creating unique flavors and imaginative recipes. Vegetable-based dishes are also available, as well as platters perfect for sharing different bites.

One of the establishment's highlights, and the starter, is a creative shot topped with a French oyster. Guests will also find refreshing signature cocktails, affordable champagnes, excellent wines and other drinks.
