Athens Delta Restaurant in Kallithea

In the Kallithea neighborhood of Athens, inside the complex of the cultural landmark of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), lies the multi-awarded Delta Restaurant.
Delta has been awarded 2 Michelin stars and an additional Michelin green star for its commitment to Sustainable Gastronomy! It is also a recipient of the Restaurant & Bar Design Award 2022.

It was established in 2021, with funds from the SNF.
A proponent of the zero-waste movement, many of the ingredients of the dishes come from the farm of the restaurant, where every material is utilized either in main courses or in stocks, and side dishes for recipes.
Trees suspend from its ceiling, enhancing and reminding its guests of the importance of its sustainable profile. It is also located on the fifth floor of the National Lyrical Scene building, thus it provides guests with an amazing view of the city and the sea.

Delta's philosophy has three foundational pillars: Minimalistic perfection, local raw materials, and focus on small-scale producers.
The high-end experience it provides is also supposed to extend to three levels: gastronomy, sustainability, and culture.

The sculpted bronze bar is the main focal point of the premises and one of the largest in the world! Delta restaurant also boasts 2 wine cellars, with rare and legendary varieties and exclusive imports from around the world.
With approximately 650 labels of local and international wineries, it can satisfy every guest's taste.
Aris Sklavenitis and Tilemahos Papandreas, the awarded sommeliers of the restaurant, have meticulously curated this wide wine collection.

Its menu, created by George Papzacharias and curated by Thanos Feskos, includes 12 delicious courses. Each course is meant to be enjoyed as an entire philosophical and gastronomic experience. The menu is labeled as an omnivore menu, but it is possible to readjust it according to your culinary needs if you inform the restaurant in advance.

Lastly, through its collaboration with the ARTWORKS project, it helps present the work of Greek artists in the restaurant's venue!
