Poros Calypso beach

General information

Calypso Beach is a sandy, organized beach, located between the beaches of Megalo Neorio and Mikro Neorio, 2.5 km west of the main town of Poros. This beach is quite busy, as it was once the most well-known beach on the island-pair. During the 80s the small beach boasted an outdoor disco that would hold parties until the early morning!

Nowadays, it is visited for its clear waters and peaceful scenery. A unique element of this beach is the various pine trees that are planted on the sand, offering a shady place to relax by the sea, besides its umbrellas.

The beach is organized, with a beach bar and a restaurant operating close to it, offering all the appropriate comforts and treats you can imagine!
