Syros Voulgari beach

General information

The fantastic beach of Voulgari in Syros is a sand-filled seashore with some fine shingles! It boasts a rocky seabed which deepens quite steeply, making it not the most ideal destination for small kids, although its waters are still crystal clear!
Moreover, there are lots of tamarisk trees providing lots of natural shade for all bathers!

This beach is partly organized, having no tourist infrastructure but a handful of municipally-owned sun umbrellas on its shores! Moreover, Voulgari has a couple of changing booths and a specially designed pier that helps people with mobility impairments enter the refreshing waters!

Last but not least, Voulgari Beach is a preferred windsurfing destination, so visitors will spot a watersports center near the waters!
