Syros Aetos beach

General information

The secluded beach of Aetos in northwestern Syros is a unique spot! Most of the shore’s length is covered with fine sand, yet it also has a spot filled with large pebbles!
It boasts beautiful crystalline waters, while the fact that it is a cove helps with combating possible waves!
There is dense vegetation on the beach, as well as on the hills surrounding the shore, though they provide little to no shade.

Aetos is a non-organized beach destination since it is an unspoiled coast with no facilities!
It is difficult to reach, but visitors can approach it by boat or by following the designated trails from the beach of Barbarousa and Papouri Village with some help from well-placed signs!

A trip to Aetos Beach is always a good idea due to its beautiful shore and magical sunset views!
