Prime Bar has a good reputation as one of the most famous and notorious party bars in Naxos. The chief character is the owner and bartender, Yiannis Athanasakis, who is a riot with an unending flow of energy. A fellow of considerable talents, he can talk a dozen languages, play music and regale you with the funniest and craziest stories. Yiannis is joined by his brother Aris, who helps around the bar and does just about everything to ensure his guests have the best time of their lives.
The bar is more of a cafeteria when it opens in the morning for its customary breakfast, but by the afternoon the mood is set for a long haul of fun and dancing. When the sun sets, the lights come on at the Prime Bar, the decibels rise, and guests are in for a rocking time. The bar serves up every cocktail you can possibly think of: beers, fresh juices, sodas, and drinks of every kind in the most bizarre combinations. The bar is located in the beachfront of Chora Naxos.
