Chora is the capital village of Amorgos and distinguishes for its traditional architecture, with the white houses and the nice view to the sea. The other two main villages are Aegialis and Katapola, which also constitute the main tourist resorts of the island.

Description: Potamos is a traditional village with little population. It is built on the slopes of a hill, overlooking the bay of Aegialis, northern Amorgos.
