Chania Krios beach

General information

Krios Beach is a charming, secluded shore located 90 km from Chania Town, on the eastern side of Krios Cape. It extends to a length of 1 km and is divided into three small coves.

Coarse sand and white, thin pebbles cover the surface of the coast, and the waters are crystal clear, boasting a lovely azure color.
- The cove on the eastern side is rocky and windy, not really preferable for swimming.
- The central part is the most popular and well organized, where you will find umbrellas, sunbeds, a canteen, and parking spots.
- The one on the westernmost side of the Krios is the most sheltered and is also organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. This side is loved by naturists, as it is more isolated and quiet.
