Ferries to Skyros Ferries depart for Skyros only from Kymi, a small port on the eastern side of Evia island. The itineraries are frequent, about 2-3 times per day and the trip is short, about one hour and a half. The routes are carried out by Skyros Shipping Company (SNE). In case you are traveling from Athens, you need to reach Halkida by KTEL bus and then you have to take another bus to Kymi.
