Mountain Chelmos and the Gorge of Vouraikos are declared as National Parks, as decided by the Greek Minister of Spatial Planning and Environment.

The cog railway of Kalavryta, which was not working for some months due to reconstruction of the network, operates again from today. At first, itineraries will be limited, with only one itinerary per day and four itineraries in the weekends.
