Having a capital of 8000 inhabitants, the island of Lefkada possesses all kinds of shops, mainly gathered in the pedestrian street which is extending from the capital’s center to the north of the harbor.

Touristy shops can be found everywhere on the island and are open 7 days per week until very late. The other shops are open 6 days a week from 9 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, shops are open from 9 am to 3 pm.
