Their chef Koukouvas Nikos has worked at most of the top fine dining restaurants of Greece and has reached the level of 1 Michelin star. His love for Santorini island brought him back and started a collaboration with the new owners of Roka hoping to leave their gastronomic mark on the island. 
In Roka, they are influenced by the local products of the island and the main area of the Mediterranean giving a gentle twist on the traditional recipes with respect and a touch of creativity...
