Lassithi Maridatis beach

General information

Crete Maridatis Lassithi: Maridatis is a small secluded beach located 90 km east of Agios Nikolaos town, between the famous beach of Vai, with the impressive palm forest, and the windsurfing spot of Palekastro.

Maridatis is totallu untouched by tourism, in fact it is quite isolated and is accessed through a track road. However,the clean waters, the white pebbles and the wild landscape create a nice environment to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Few tourist facilities are found in the region. Most accommodation are located in Palekastro or Vai. The closest town is Sitia, about 30 min drive from Maridatis where you will find many facilities.
