Red Jane Bakery is a unique bakery in the heart of Chania. It is built in an old neighborhood that on the outside does not look like much. The building is located in an old foundry from the 1930s. Its founder was inspired to create an artisanal bakery that balances delicate baked goods and minimalistic design with the graffiti-covered streets of a Greek metropolis.

Red Jane was created by innovative space designers and master bakers to create a one-of-a-kind outcome. The bakery is described by its unique red marble walls and custom-made black tiles. Its baked goods are exhibited in an open-plan display under warm illuminating lights.

The ingredients used are mostly local, with wheat from the Cretan Mills located in Chania. Some of Red Jane’s signature treats are its tasty granola bars, its almond croissants and mouth-watering sandwiches with sourdough bread!
