Chania Votsalo (Halikia) beach

General information

On the eastern side of the Paleochora peninsula, Votsalo (or Halikia) Beach is filled with large, white pebbles along its length! Close to the sandy beach of Pachia Ammos, the Blue-Flag Votsalo has clear waters and a rocky, slippery sea bottom, so it is advised that you bring over a pair of sea shoes!

The beach is partly organized, given that there are lots of sunbed pairs and sun umbrellas for rent. Furthermore, one may spot a couple of nearby restaurants and snack bars, as well as some accommodation options near the waters of Votsalo.
