Restoration and reformation works for three archaeological sites in Attica have been decided by the Greek Ministry of Culture. These three sites include the temple of Poseidon in Sounion, the Sanctuary of Artemis in Vravrona (south western Attica) and the Amphiareion in Oropos (north western Attica). The ancient site of Sounion will be properly reformed so that visitors can fully understand all its functions that also included a settlement and a small port, apart from the temple of Poseidon. Also the site will be accessed by people with special needs, the dense vegetation will be cleaned and the small sanctuary of Athena Sounias will be fenced. In addition, the Stoa in the sanctuary of Artemis in Vravrona will be restored and in Amphiareion the stone epigraphs will be preserved.
