Rockwave Festival 2011

Many years have passed since the first Rockwave Festival in Greece. Already 13 successful years, this festival has become an institution. Every year it attracts a great number of artists and the most important bands from the international music industry. Until today, more than 160 artists have taken the stage. This year's festival will host artists from the British alternative stage and other parts of Europe as well as Greek rock bands or solo artists with diachronic value.

Similar to the previous years, once again the upcoming festival will last for three days dedicated to music. The Editors, Cake, Stranglers, Inspector Cluzo, Sivert Hoyem as well as Prodigy, Giannis Aggelakas, Psarantonis, Lost Bodies, Dinos Sadikis, Monster Magnet, Therapy, Viza and Dept comprise the special line-up of this festival. The three-day event will take place on Friday, July 1st to Sunday, July 3rd in Terra Vibe Park in Malakasa, about 40 km outside Athens.
