Life in Space
A testament to all the people who dared to cross the boundaries of Earth, the Life in Space exhibition is an extensive showcase of revered items, background history, and memorabilia regarding outer space hosted in the Goudi Olympic Sports Complex from the 19th of October to the 15th of January 2024!
In direct collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA), the Italian Space Agency (ASI), the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, and the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, the Life in Space exhibition of Athens will house a total of over 50 exhibits! Such will include official space suits, moon rocks, valuable information about food in space, and the technology used in numerous trips away from the Earth’s gravitational pull!
Visit the Space Camp, a specially designed room where you can safely experience the training programs of astronauts, or stop by the VR platform, which will allow you to have a detailed look inside the International Space Station! Life in Space will help you learn the important history behind the human battles towards the exploration of outer space, as well as allow you an inside look at the daily lives of astronauts!
This exhibition will be open Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 21:00 and on the weekends from 10:00 to 22:00.
The last entry takes place one hour before closing time.
