EJEKT Athens 2023

EJEKT Festival has managed to become one of the greatest music festivals that take place in Greece. It was founded in 2005 and aimed to bring people who were into electronic and alternative music together. It is being organized annually ever since, with more than 50.000 individuals booking a ticket. The institution's goal is to bring world-famous names and upcoming artists to perform on the same stage.

The festival has become world-known not only for its excellent lineup but also for its one-of-a-kind setting. It takes place at Plateia Nerou (Water Square), which lies adjacent to the sea.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival was canceled for two years in a row (2020 and 2021), depriving the fans of the amazing Red Hot Chilli Peppers. However. it made its comeback in 2022 with Muse, Yung Blood, Nothing but Thieves, and Danai Nielsen performing. Additional legendary names that have performed at the EJEKT Festival in the past include The Killers, Kasabian, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Steve Aoki, The Cure, Pixies, Pet Shop Boys, James, and Parov Stelar. 

The upcoming EJEKT Festival will take place in July 2023. The infamous Florence and the Machine will be performing, and more artists are about to be announced.
