Athens and Epidaurus Festival 2019

The highlight of the Greek cultural agenda has already announced its program and we can't wait!
After 60 years of magical performances in some of the most stunning places, this summer the festival includes various artistic performances like theater, dance and visual arts.
The audience will have the pleasure to attend more international artists performances this year, a fact that will give a new perspective to the whole festival. Some of the artists that will be performing are British rock band Jethro Tull and the renowned piano artist Yuja Wang. Performances will take place in the Odeon Herodes Atticus, the popular theater under the Acropolis of Athens and in the ancient theater of Epidaurus, known for its great historical significance and excellent acoustics.
