I am going to Skiathos 6 years in the row and my sister loved it so much that she and her husband had a villa built there. The beaches on Skiathos are faultless and there are plenty of monasteries to visit. There is also a Dog Shelter where you can go and walk the dogs or just go for a visit.... More >

Skiathos is a small island and you can see most of it in 3 or 4 days, so you will have time to island hop in the other two islands, Skopelos and Alonissos. It was a long trip from Thessaloniki to Agios Constantinos by car and then by ferry to Skiathos, but we had the chance to see lovely places in Greece.
