Sani Festival 2023

Ever since its inception in 1992, Sani Festival has been a cultural landmark of Halkidiki, hosting a plethora of live music shows and art events atop the hill of Sani.

Sani Festival is a privately-organized annual event (with the help of Sani Resort) deeply rooted in jazz soundscapes, though it has evolved into something much more versatile. Now housing various music genres, theatrical plays, local musicians, contemporary dance performances, and painting exhibitions, the festival is receiving high praise from international sites and zines. With its duration spanning two to three months, it can host upwards of 20 shows each year!

Being the 30th anniversary year, Sani Festival 2022 hosted virtuoso classical guitarist Al Di Meola, as well as a live show of famous tenor Andrea Bocelli, accompanied by the State Symphony Orchestra of Thessaloniki. Other notorious Greek and international artists that have participated in Sani Festival include Latin jazz maestro Tito Puente, the Branford Marsalis quartet, Loukianos Kilaidonis, Dionysis Savvopoulos, Eleni Vitali, Savina Yannatou, and revered composer Stavros Xarchakos, plus musical theater shows by Panagiotis Kalantzopoulos & Evanthia Reboutsika.
